CareStack is a great system which offers great customer service! Pros: CareStack has the ability to do so much within one system. Reports, scheduling, learning, billing, and much much more. Cons: Really no dislikes right now. My frustration is just on myself going through the learning curve of a new system, but CS has alot of resources and training to help! Overall: Overall, very pleased with CareStack! I am amazed on how much I can do and how much information I can obtain within the system
Wonderful!! Pros: I liked that we a point of contact that could help or assist with any question or concern we may have encountered. Cons: There's nothing that i least like about Care Stack. Care stack is an amazing Dental software. Highly recommend! Overall: overall Care Stack has provided and extensive amount support with our practice we have had an amazing learning experience.
Great Support Pros: Great customer service. They really listen to your individual companies needs and makes it work for you. If they don't have it, they make it. Seriously amazing reporting capabilities. Cons: nothing. I don't really have any complaints. They have addressed all matters immediately and having our own personal consultant to help us has made all the difference. Won't Be Looking Back! Pros: I enjoy it being a cloud based software. From previous experience with this offices past PMS, the speed is great. I also love the ledger when it comes to viewing what procedures have outstanding money owed to it. Cloud based is the way to go! Pros: Cloud based, easily accessed from anywhere, everything can be completed within a few clicks, and none of the bloat that can slow a computer down. Cons: Doesn’t work if there is no internet in the office. Good thing was have reliable internet for the most part. I was able to use my cell phone hot spot to get by until spectrum was able to fix the internet. Overall: I’ve used Carestack for a few years. Carestack Review Pros: I like the support that they provide. Live chat is always very helpful and they get back to you as soon as they can. Cons: Insurance is a bit of a struggle. It isn't as user friendly as the rest of the software. That seems to be our biggest struggle Overall: Over all, very happy.
