A Huge Improvement from Eaglesoft or Dentrix Pros: This is clearly a software made by a software company, not a dental supply company. They have the resources and team members to make updates and changes that are relevant, and you can even request changes with their development team. Carestack Review Pros: We love how almost everything is one click away! It makes going through the patients chart so much easier! Cons: We don't like how the online forms don't automatially input the information into the patients chart. Overall: We had a great experience with Carestack. Worth the switch! Pros: CareStack is all encompassing. From patient workflows to big picture analytics, they have truly thought out all of the needs of their consumers. With any software, there is a learning curve, but their support and implementation teams are there to help you achieve your goals and use the software to its fullest. I recommend CareStack Pros: CareStack is intuitive and easy to use. Cons: It is always difficult switching to a new system. Overall: The support team was very helpful. They had a well mapped out transition.
4M Dental Implant Center - RCM Pros: What I like most about Carestack is the detailed reporting we are able to run. Cons: What I like least about Carestack is the complexity of payment applications, applying discounts and merchant fees. Overall: My overall experience with Carestack has been positive. At first, it was intimidating and difficult to navigate, as with any new software. As I started to get more training and familiar, I really started to appreciate the intelligence of Carestack.
Carestack flows from California Pros: I LOVE the ease of using carestack. The features that I enjoy the most are operational reporting and now Enterprise. Cons: In-depth tracking by provider or Staff member. Payroll reporting Overall: It has been a positive move going from Dentrix to Carestack. It is leveraging my role in our practice. Carestack continues to bring on new and better updates. Looking forward to seeing what is next.
Best decision I made Pros: it is extermely user friendly, ability to integrate with multiple programs to simplify work, communications, billing, anesthesia monitoring and radiology. Cons: initially there were few photos that are generic and attached to treatment plans that were not as accurate, these were removed when requested. Overall: it was kind, personal, dedicated care by teams that got to know me, my clinic and my staff personally. They are responsive, precise, and highly professional.
