Cons: What I like least about Carestack is the complexity of payment applications, applying discounts and merchant fees. Overall: My overall experience with Carestack has been positive. At first, it was intimidating and difficult to navigate, as with any new software. As I started to get more training and familiar, I really started to appreciate the intelligence of Carestack.
Carestack flows from California Pros: I LOVE the ease of using carestack. The features that I enjoy the most are operational reporting and now Enterprise. Cons: In-depth tracking by provider or Staff member. Payroll reporting Overall: It has been a positive move going from Dentrix to Carestack. It is leveraging my role in our practice. Carestack continues to bring on new and better updates. Looking forward to seeing what is next.
Best decision I made Pros: it is extermely user friendly, ability to integrate with multiple programs to simplify work, communications, billing, anesthesia monitoring and radiology. Cons: initially there were few photos that are generic and attached to treatment plans that were not as accurate, these were removed when requested. Overall: it was kind, personal, dedicated care by teams that got to know me, my clinic and my staff personally. They are responsive, precise, and highly professional.
Carestack Review Pros: If I have an issue, they try every way possible to fix it immediately. Cons: Very difficult to understand in the beginning. Too many steps to do one thing. Overall: It has been a long process for sure. I would not do it again if I had a choice.

Cons: Setting up the software. the migration process should make it easier for codes, and clinical notes to be migrated without having to do all the legwork ourselves. Much Needed and Appreciated Support Pros: Amazing support, very customizable, convenient Cons: Not optimized for mobile use despite being cloud based Overall: I’m so happy to have chosen Carestack. Great Dental Software Pros: Very detail, open software that allows others integrate Cons: Reporting section is definitely overwhelming and very confusing to use for staff Overall: Carestack has a great customer service with a robust reporting software. Sometimes it definitely gets overwhelming so I would highly recommend they should simplify the process.
A great system for great practices Pros: I like how accessible the help is. There are so many resources at our disposal to learn the system! Cons: I think at first, carestack is very intimidating. It seems overwhelming if you don't understand fully how to navigate. Overall: I wasn't the biggest fan at first, but after being on several meetings with [sensitive content hidden] and learning the ins and outs of the program, I'm super happy with it. I love how it's genuinely set up to make things easier on us.
