Won't Be Looking Back! Pros: I enjoy it being a cloud based software. From previous experience with this offices past PMS, the speed is great. I also love the ledger when it comes to viewing what procedures have outstanding money owed to it. Cloud based is the way to go! Pros: Cloud based, easily accessed from anywhere, everything can be completed within a few clicks, and none of the bloat that can slow a computer down. Cons: Doesn’t work if there is no internet in the office. Good thing was have reliable internet for the most part. Carestack Review Pros: I like the support that they provide. Live chat is always very helpful and they get back to you as soon as they can. Cons: Insurance is a bit of a struggle. It isn't as user friendly as the rest of the software. That seems to be our biggest struggle Overall: Over all, very happy.
