Great Dental Software Carestack has a great customer service with a robust reporting software. Sometimes it definitely gets overwhelming so I would highly recommend they should simplify the process. A great system for great practices I wasn't the biggest fan at first, but after being on several meetings with [sensitive content hidden] and learning the ins and outs of the program, I'm super happy with it. I love how it's genuinely set up to make things easier on us. PROS I like how accessible the help is. There are so many resources at our disposal to learn the system! CONS I think at first, carestack is very intimidating. It seems overwhelming if you don't understand fully how to navigate.

Much Needed and Appreciated Support I’m so happy to have chosen Carestack. We Love CareStack! Overall great! This is a very robust software with many helpful features! PROS Carestack has excellent customer service, and they did an exceptional job with the implementation and onboarding process. CONS It will sometimes be a little glitchy, but not too bad. Carestack is awesome! After working 20+ years with the same software, I was a bit hesitant of the change. However, it was almost seamless.
