Satisfied CareStack customer Pros: I like the ability to truly customize the software to work for our pediatric dental office, without having to create a bunch of modifications and work arounds. Cons: It's still geared for general practices, not pediatric offices, but I have been pleased with CareStack's responsiveness to considering improvements for practices that operate like ours.
Clinical Operations Manager Pros: I love all of the different report options. The information available on the reports is fantastic. I also love the availability of your support, the ease of which contacting support and receiving answers to our questions is outstanding. Babbie Pediatric Dental Pros: Carestack is very user friendly! They also offer great customer support. Cons: We recently transitioned to digital...It was a huge learning curve on our end. Overall: CS has been such a great software for our office to use! CS has offered so much support during our transition to digital.

Carestack is #1 Pros: How complete the system is. There is a way to do almost anything you can dream up. Cons: Nothing comes to mind. In the setup process, it would have been much easier if the plans came over from the old system, but that was an issue with the system, not really Carestack Overall: This is a very comprehensive system. I love that it is mostly customizable per practice. It is very easy to use. The support is outstanding! Highly recommend Carestack!
Great! Would Recommended Pros: It's cloud based and has routine updates. Cons: Same issue with all digital software: It's easier to flip through paper to get a overview of a patient, but it takes more time to click on each note. Maybe with AI, there will be a summary feature down the road. Overall: Great! Would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a cloud based software.
Carestack review Pros: I like that once you get the hang of it is easier and there a hotline to call to get help if needed. Cons: That we have to type in and delete every code to app to an appointment instead of just pushing enter and then being able to enter the next code. Overall: My experience with carestack so far is great.
New Carestack user Pros: It is ledger based vs our old system and some of the clinical charting is easier to navigate. Cons: Complicated to learn the reporting and front office. Overall: I appreciated the training, but there is so much information and so many ways to get reports that it is overwhelming and confusing and I know my staff still feels confused.
Great experience Pros: It has a lot of functions that can be curtailed to your needs Cons: Sometimes there is so much information it can be overwhelming. I would like to see an icon to go directly to clinical notes from the open screen versus having to open the chart then click on the notes. Added step that could be eliminated. Would also like to see dictation into the notes Overall: The training staff was amazing. Great onboarding with staff getting back to us quickly.
