Carestack is awesome! Pros: The reporting, the ease of learning the program. The customer service. Cons: This a pro and con. There are multiple ways to do the same thing. So sometimes you can doubt yourself if you are doing it the most efficient way Overall: After working 20+ years with the same software, I was a bit hesitant of the change. However, it was almost seamless. The team at Carestack was there the entire process and they made it so fluid. Overall it was a fantastic experience
We Love CareStack! Pros: Carestack has excellent customer service, and they did an exceptional job with the implementation and onboarding process. Cons: It will sometimes be a little glitchy, but not too bad. Overall: Overall great! This is a very robust software with many helpful features!
Carestack can handle nearly everything top to bottom Pros: They can do nearly everything so you don't have to use third party softwares. Cons: The learning curve was large and hard to understand in the beginning.

Great Cloud based solution Pros: Love that it is an all-inclusive solution to the multiple applications our office was using for a modern Endodontics office. I no longer have to pay separately for patient engagement and digital forms or run a separate 3 party electronic claims solution. Cons: I was a huge learning curve from the legacy software we were moving away from and I would like to see more professional referral letters. Overall: So far CareStack's customer support has been great! Very responsive and knowledgeable.

The switch we should have done sooner! Pros: Easy to use, very user friendly. We have found more efficiencies converting from our old software to CareStack. Cons: There are a lot of features that takes a while to get to learn. Sometimes it is difficult to find resources in the resource center, however, you end up finding what you need to help you vs having to contact support. Overall: Use of the software has been pleasant so far. The support that is quickly accessible is very convenient when you are in need of help quick.
