CareStack Review Pros: What I like the most is that the program is cloud base. Cons: What I liked least was posting of payments.
Carestack is #1 Pros: How complete the system is. There is a way to do almost anything you can dream up. Cons: Nothing comes to mind. In the setup process, it would have been much easier if the plans came over from the old system, but that was an issue with the system, not really Carestack Overall: This is a very comprehensive system. I love that it is mostly customizable per practice. It is very easy to use. The support is outstanding! Highly recommend Carestack!
Great! Would Recommended Pros: It's cloud based and has routine updates. Cons: Same issue with all digital software: It's easier to flip through paper to get a overview of a patient, but it takes more time to click on each note. Maybe with AI, there will be a summary feature down the road. Overall: Great! Would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a cloud based software.
Carestack review Pros: I like that once you get the hang of it is easier and there a hotline to call to get help if needed. Cons: That we have to type in and delete every code to app to an appointment instead of just pushing enter and then being able to enter the next code. Overall: My experience with carestack so far is great.
New Carestack user Pros: It is ledger based vs our old system and some of the clinical charting is easier to navigate. Cons: Complicated to learn the reporting and front office. Overall: I appreciated the training, but there is so much information and so many ways to get reports that it is overwhelming and confusing and I know my staff still feels confused.
Great experience Pros: It has a lot of functions that can be curtailed to your needs Cons: Sometimes there is so much information it can be overwhelming. I would like to see an icon to go directly to clinical notes from the open screen versus having to open the chart then click on the notes. Added step that could be eliminated. Would also like to see dictation into the notes Overall: The training staff was amazing. Great onboarding with staff getting back to us quickly.
A Huge Improvement from Eaglesoft or Dentrix Pros: This is clearly a software made by a software company, not a dental supply company. They have the resources and team members to make updates and changes that are relevant, and you can even request changes with their development team. Cons: The switch from our previous management software was very time consuming for a private practice. Their sales team failed to mention that we have to convert over all the files for patient forms, note templates, etc. which we are still compl... read more
Quick Customer Service Pros: customer service was always easy to get a hold of Cons: too much information on some screens sometimes
Carestack Review Pros: We love how almost everything is one click away! It makes going through the patients chart so much easier! Cons: We don't like how the online forms don't automatially input the information into the patients chart. Overall: We had a great experience with Carestack.
