The Evolution of Carestack Pros: The people of Carestack are their #1 resource. The support from all the Teams in responding to our requests has always been exceptional. Cons: Sometimes slow integration of products that we may want. Overall: We have been a customer for 6 years and we have had an excellent experience with Carestack and expect this to continue in years to come

CareStack is AWESOME! Pros: The team you have that is so willing to listen and help improve this software to make the end user experience better and better. Thank you! Cons: Sometimes it takes a while to see a request actually be incorporated and developed. Overall: It was abit rocky to start, but it has gotten better and better eveery year. Many thanks for your willingness to hep and alow us to achieve our goals using the software.

All in One and Tons of Fun Pros: I love that my needs to run my denovo practice are met in one software solution with minimal need to subscribe to other features to be effective. Cons: CareStack has exceeded my expectations for a PMS. It has been a joy growing alongside them over the years! Overall: From customer service, to office hours, to training team members, to platinum coaching, CareStack is committed to the client's growth and prosperity. The team is genuine and committed to success.

Very positive Pros: The team members. They are always there. Walk you thru process. From beginning. To end. They truly listen. All your concerns. And developing team. Is amazing Cons: I have. No negative experience. All concerns do get resolved. In timely. Matter Overall: Normal. Be 10 however they rating. Should higher than that

Best Software Pros: How intuitive the program is and the ease if online support. Cons: Training videos dont seem to go over as much as they should on certain areas. Overall: Enjoyed working with this program over all other I have worked with.

Excited for the Future Pros: I love the fact that CareStack has features that scrub claims and remind you to add supporting documentation to ensure claims are approved and paid the first time. CareStack truly cares about their clients and provide a tremendous amount of educational tools and support to ensure success. Cons: During my trial, the system did have a slight glitch where I wasn’t able to save my test patient while learning how to navigate the software. CareStack User Pros: I like how a lot of services are in one place. I can remind pts about appts, verify insurance, collect payments, etc in one place. Also, there is a lot of support, training videos and literature that I can access when needed. Cons: My implementation team made it very difficult for me to get the support I needed early on in the the process.

Our All-in-one PMS started us up! Pros: Has all the features we need + the support to help when we need. Also: a true interest in improving the product with regular updates that don’t break the software. Cons: All software is imperfect and has a learning curve. The marketing/communications tools are basic, but improving. Sometimes there are too many ways to do the same thing. This can make the initial onboarding a bit more confusing. Progress not Perfection Pros: CareStack team is constantly learning from criticism and feedback. They take what the customer is asking for and implements it as quickly as possible. Continuous improvement/updates to proved the customer with tailored care for their unique practice. Cons: CareStack’s downfall will be the reliance on technology functionality.
