Very good SaaS dental OS PMS Pros: Very easy to use and robust system. They have given much thought about usability and have carefully crafted screens to help dentists. Would highly recommend! Cons: Getting used to ledger system takes a bit of time if you are not already familiar with it. But they frequently request feedback and make changes in the product.
Carestack Review Pros: They are there from beginning to the end and even after for whatever questions you might have. They are available by phone or email. Great cutomer service! Cons: I don't like the fact that you can't modify treatment codes or fees from the ledger. I guess it is a fail safe to make sure it is correct but would be easier. Overall: Overall it was excellent, I have used the software in the past so it was easier the second time around to pick it up.
Best Dental Software Pros: I like the features with insurance filling, and attachements for the claims, auto posting of payments, and patients having a online payment portal. Cons: There is so much this software can do that it takes time to learn everything there is to know. The detail of each portion is excellent. Overall: The overall experience has been great! Once we were assigned a trainer to help with all the KPI and details of my issues, I loved my training sessions.
Best Dental Software Company Pros: User friendly software and best customer service. I have experienced the best help from their team. Look forward to continue working with them Cons: There has been nothing that I have not liked with this company. They have the best live support team and access to many help resources. All-in-One Dental Software with Excellent Support Pros: I liked that CareStack brings all essential tools into one platform—practice management, scheduling, billing, and more—which makes operations much more efficient. Cons: Some features have a bit of a learning curve initially, but the support team helps make the transition smoother. Overall: Overall, my experience with CareStack has been very positive. It's an all-in-one solution that's easy to use, and the support team is responsive and friendly.
CARESTACK SOFTWARE AND TRAINING Pros: We were previously in Eagle Soft we up graded to Care stack it is more customizable for our practice. With Care Stack we have advanced reporting and are Extremely satisfied with Care stack they have exceptional training program Cons: We are satisfied with Care stack we have no complaints it is very user friendly. CareStack is a great system which offers great customer service! Pros: CareStack has the ability to do so much within one system. Reports, scheduling, learning, billing, and much much more. Cons: Really no dislikes right now. My frustration is just on myself going through the learning curve of a new system, but CS has alot of resources and training to help! Overall: Overall, very pleased with CareStack! I am amazed on how much I can do and how much information I can obtain within the system

Great Support Pros: Great customer service. They really listen to your individual companies needs and makes it work for you. If they don't have it, they make it. Seriously amazing reporting capabilities. Cons: nothing. I don't really have any complaints. They have addressed all matters immediately and having our own personal consultant to help us has made all the difference.
