Carestack Review We had a great experience with Carestack. [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden] were great to work with and so knowledgable. PROS We love how almost everything is one click away! It makes going through the patients chart so much easier! CONS We don't like how the online forms don't automatially input the information into the patients chart. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO CARESTACK Needed a more user friendly and cloud based system.

Best decision I made it was kind, personal, dedicated care by teams that got to know me, my clinic and my staff personally. They are responsive, precise, and highly professional. PROS it is extermely user friendly, ability to integrate with multiple programs to simplify work, communications, billing, anesthesia monitoring and radiology. CONS initially there were few photos that are generic and attached to treatment plans that were not as accurate, these were removed when requested. 4M Dental Implant Center - RCM My overall experience with Carestack has been positive. At first, it was intimidating and difficult to navigate, as with any new software. As I started to get more training and familiar, I really started to appreciate the intelligence of Carestack. PROS What I like most about Carestack is the detailed reporting we are able to run. CONS What I like least about Carestack is the complexity of payment applications, applying discounts and merchant fees.
Carestack Review It has been a long process for sure. I would not do it again if I had a choice. PROS If I have an issue, they try every way possible to fix it immediately. CONS Very difficult to understand in the beginning. Too many steps to do one thing. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO CARESTACK It was not our choice. Our boss switched his other offices and we had to do the same.
Carestack flows from California It has been a positive move going from Dentrix to Carestack. It is leveraging my role in our practice. Carestack continues to bring on new and better updates. experience with carestack it has been great so far. the support is great PROS easy to use. supportive team members, the migration process was organized really well. CONS Setting up the software. the migration process should make it easier for codes, and clinical notes to be migrated without having to do all the legwork ourselves. REASON FOR CHOOSING CARESTACK not sure just made more sense was easier to understand REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO CARESTACK DSO structure. wanted to be standard between our locations
I recommend CareStack The support team was very helpful. They had a well mapped out transition. PROS CareStack is intuitive and easy to use. CONS It is always difficult switching to a new system. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO CARESTACK Dentrix was slow and the reports were very hard to use.
