Thumbs up to CareStack Pros: What I like most about CareStack is [sensitive content hidden]! He was amazing whenever I need help he was always there to Help. I also like how everything is in one system and pretty easy to navigate. Cons: My least favorite thing about CareStack is attaching documents to claims. I feel there should be an easier way to attaches files. Overall: My overall experience with CareStack was alot better then expected. The team really does make the change over easy.

Happy we switched Pros: The customer support is amazing! Forms are so easy to send. Customer service is so supportive. program is easy to use. Cons: For me billing on the ledger is a little hard to understand. Besides that I have no other complaints. Overall: Our experience has been very positive, Our team leader has been a blessing(Tim). Looking forward to learning more benefits of using this service.
Carestack is the BEST!!! Pros: CareStack is a great option for cloud based software. We converted from Eaglesoft. The training process was great and the entire CS team was very responsive. The best part were the trainers. Huge shout out to [sensitive content hidden] (from VoiceStack.) They were in essence an extension of our team and super patient and kind with all of our questions and training needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and I’ll miss them the most!! Learning and Understanding Pros: The support access has been a great help there are many areas to still maximize the software. Learning all the features attached. Cons: There are many functions, but the reports set up having to go into multiple reports to get numbers and trends it would be nice in a one report function, The forms and notes and amending items are a struggle, The training team are working on creating an all-inclusive report. Carestack Review Pros: I liked how supportive the carestack team was with the transition. Everyone is personable and helpful. Cons: I did not like how many clicks it took to get to things like the chart/ledger but now that I am comfortable with the system it is super easy! Overall: I have really enjoyed carestack. Definitely a learning curve coming from eagle-soft but now I prefer carestack! I love how it is web based.
