High Operational Integration and Ease of Use Pros: Operational Integration of Clinical, Front Desk, Management, Billing, Patient Communication, even Marketing. Cons: Nothing that they are not addressing already for future releases (i.e., communication hub is currently Gmail only, but we work with Outlook - but they're working on a release for that) Overall: I have researched several dental PMSs for a practice's operations upgrade and CareStack is by far the most integrated, intuitive & the most forward-looking. Carestack experience Pros: They have amazing support. The software is easy to use and simplifies office workflows. It is really helpful on the amanagment side of things. Cons: It is just an adjustment at first coming from a different software. Overall: The experience has been great. Once you learn the software youn appreciate all its feautures.
Robust Dental PMS Pros: CareStack has nearly everything integrated all with in one system. Tons of great features with numerous reporting options. Cons: Fairly steep learning curve. There are some features that I believe could be more streamlined. Overall: Overall experience has been good. The support team has been great with training and helping us with any issues we have had.
City View Dental Review Pros: The ability to customize so many different things, the modern layout, being able to utilize all of the services carestack has to offer to streamline everything into one place and most importantly, the training has been phenomenol! Cons: some of the applications are not optimized for ipads YET Overall: Very positive experience, I think our transition went as smooth as it possibly could.
Review of CS PMS Pros: The support from their team to learn how the PMS works was awesome. Cons: I would organize things differently but once you use it enough it doesn't bother me as much. The program glitches sometimes and tasks will need to be repeated. Overall: Overall I like it much better than other legacy softwares I have used.
Loving carestack, great change Pros: Easy configuration, simple interface and everything is in one place Cons: insurance and inaccurate fees sometimes.
Make the Switch! Pros: Reporting Training [sensitive content hidden] Accessibility Cons: So many features it can be hard to remember the way you tried it before. Overall: [sensitive content hidden] have been amazing to work with for our PMS switch!! Highly recommend CS.. especially for the features of customization and reporting!! They offer so many platforms & trainings that make it a seamless transition.
Satisfied Customer Pros: Team they provided. There was help for the start. Cons: When the traing switch to zoom meetings. I always had to listen though my phone instead of the computer. Overall: There is many option with CareStack and I enjoyed how they broke it down to not overwhelm the team.
Highly Reccomend Pros: My favorite part of Carestack is their patient portal. It makes communicating with patients super convenient. Cons: At first the ledger was difficult to understand but with additional training I understand it better now. Overall: Carestack is advanced and easy to use and I would definitely recommend
