Dentures and Family Dentistry Laboratory, P.C Pros: How on top of everything, knowing how hard it is to tackle so much within a certain time frame. Cons: Nothing honestly they were excellent at everything. Even with spectacular customer service.
Awesome people Pros: I love that everything is all in one place. I don't have to open several different tabs to complete one task. Cons: A little difficult to navigate in the beginning. There was a huge language barrier in the beginning. Overall: So far it has been great. Everyone I have worked with is amazing.
Everything all in one! Pros: Having an all in one PMS is a game changer. I love having everything integrated, and being a cloud base software makes everything so seamless these days. [sensitive content hidden] was a main point of contact for us and she was AMAzing! Cons: The transition was a little rough at the beginning but expected since we transferred over a 20+ year old practice. Definitely a huge learning curve but now that we are in the groove we couldn't be happier.
Wonderful PMS Pros: Wonderful support, all in one features, reports, patient portal Cons: Ledger is slightly confusing and hard to navigate at times. Overall: Overall it has been great. Choose CareStack you won't regret it! Pros: Customization!!! It has endless possibilities!! Ease of use. They actually listen when you need something changed. Cons: Undoing something. It is difficult to undo or change something. Most changes to incorrect codes need to be deleted and reentered instead of being able to alter them. Most changes have to be made in the chart tab.
