Owner and Dentist Pros: Extremely happy with my experience with Carestack and the team . As a new practice owner they held my hand and guided me throughout. Can’t recommend them enough! Cons: Too many steps at times and the reports can be more streamlined . There are too many ways to accomplish one task that can confuse others
CareStack Review Pros: There are a lot of great features in CareStack. So far our office has really liked how it is an all in one cloud based system. It has allowed us to better utilize patient analytics, scheduling tools, patient portals, and more. Great system Pros: 100% Customer service is TOP NOTCH! They continue to reach out/respond to all of our questions and feedback. Cons: Adjusting our doctors scheduled working hours was the most difficult thing I've had to learn with CS. Overall: Carestack is definitely the most innovative software system on the market for all dental practices right now. Highly Recommend Pros: The customer support and training is top notch. [sensitive content hidden] is an angel who has answered every question and worked with us through every issue we've brought to her. Cons: The learning curve moving to a new system is always tough, but they helped guide us through every obstacle we faced. Overall: Our overall experience has been extremely positive. The system is so user friendly and much more efficient than our precious software.
Carestack is a great choice for dental software program! Pros: The appointment blocks, applying payments, more detailed reports for the doctors, Voicstack, and CS pay. Cons: The clipboard doesn’t always work right, have to refresh a lot, not enough ways to get into the X-rays. Overall: The office I work for changed to Carestack several months back. All In One PMS Pros: We looked at several other PMS and they all wanted to charge you separately for all the various aspects and had limited storage so you would have to pay extra after you reached your limit. Carestack has everything you need for one price and no limits on storage. It is easy to navigate once you learn it and we love that you can access it from anywhere. Carestack Review Pros: The ease of the system and availability of the support team. The monthly meetings with our account representative show how much they care and want you to be able to use every feature available. Cons: Sometimes I feel like it is too smart as there are many ways to do one thing, but that is not a bad thing.
