Carestack review dental Pros: We love that it is very user friendly and easy to use. Support is prompt when needed and has lots of awesome features! Cons: Some of our patients do struggle with the patient portal, and receiving their access codes. It can be a bit confusing for older patients. Overall: Overall our team is pleased with what carestack has to offer, and look forward to seeing what new advancements they have to bring!

Very good system Pros: The support. We could not have made it through the changes without the support from [sensitive content hidden] Cons: The billing is a bit complex for patients to understand, I've had a number of calls spent explaining what is being shown. Overall: My experience has been very good. I feel confident in my day to day tasks and am able to easily use the system.

carestack 1 Pros: I have been working with CareStack for over 4 years, and the team is amazing—very professional and knowledgeable. The PMS offers comprehensive systems that enable practices to grow both internally and externally, making it an excellent solution for DSOs. Cons: While no software is perfect, CareStack's responsive team ensures that any issues can be fixed or enhanced. This partnership approach allows both the PMS and dental practice to grow together.

Happy with transitioning to CareStack Pros: I am really happy with the ease of the transition from previous software. Plenty of help and support from CareStack team (Racquel) Cons: Billing statements are complicated for patients to read. Patient ledger is difficult to follow along Overall: Great. Even with the above complaint, the support team was still able to help us better understand and customize the information if needed

Great Support Pros: The interface is very seamless, it is user friendly. You can get to almost every application you need from almost any screen Cons: I think at first we didn't have all the systems we were looking for within one software, but there were ways around it to make it work. Overall: There was always great support. Plenty of meetings and check ins. Questions and concerns never went unheard.

CareStack** Pros: The onboarding team was amazing, customer service is great, and we love the frequent updates. The updates are always fixing bugs and issues. Cons: It was a challenging transition from our old software, Eaglesoft. We are happy to be in CareStack but the transition is challenging especially for team members set in their ways. They thought of EVERYTHING! Pros: They seem to have thought of EVERYTHING! Love how everything is linked and it allows you to go from the ledger to an ins pymt to the cahrt and back again AND that it is cloud based!!. Cons: A few features we expected to have available are not yet completed. Hoping to have them up and running soon Overall: From start to finish everyone involved was professional, caring and experienced. I highly recommend ALL dental offices to make the switch to Carestack!

Strong Implementation, Strong Software Pros: CareStack is truly an all-in-1 software for dental offices, everything we could possibly need is in CareStack. Also, their support is always accessible and responsive - following through with all requests. Cons: No option for unlimited outbound SMS / email messaging. With an office our scale, unlimited would be something we could benefit from. Overall: $3

Great Experience Pros: Outstanding customer service, fast and stable platform, and a team that listens. CareStack is very open to making changes and improvements to better support real practice needs. Managing 9 pediatric dental locations requires reliability, and the system consistently delivers.
