Highly Recommend Pros: The customer support and training is top notch. [sensitive content hidden] is an angel who has answered every question and worked with us through every issue we've brought to her. Cons: The learning curve moving to a new system is always tough, but they helped guide us through every obstacle we faced. Overall: Our overall experience has been extremely positive. The system is so user friendly and much more efficient than our precious software.
Carestack is a great choice for dental software program! Pros: The appointment blocks, applying payments, more detailed reports for the doctors, Voicstack, and CS pay. Cons: The clipboard doesn’t always work right, have to refresh a lot, not enough ways to get into the X-rays. Overall: The office I work for changed to Carestack several months back. All In One PMS Pros: We looked at several other PMS and they all wanted to charge you separately for all the various aspects and had limited storage so you would have to pay extra after you reached your limit. Carestack has everything you need for one price and no limits on storage. It is easy to navigate once you learn it and we love that you can access it from anywhere. Carestack Review Pros: The ease of the system and availability of the support team. The monthly meetings with our account representative show how much they care and want you to be able to use every feature available. Cons: Sometimes I feel like it is too smart as there are many ways to do one thing, but that is not a bad thing.

Carestack: Best support and great software Pros: The support offered is exceptional. Every single team member is attentive, receptive and helpful. I love that this is web based and that we can share our patient information with other offices in our group. CareStack Conversion Pros: Reporting has so much more details than our previous software. We are excited to have a timeclock, lab tracker, text to pay option as well as patient portal to pay for statements. Cons: Just the learning curve has been a little difficult as with any software conversion is. We were prepared for that. Overall: We have had a great experience so far and the support has been fantastic! We have worked with many different departments of CareStack so far and the quick responses are wonderful.
PMS that listens & updates regularly based on suggestions Pros: The Customer Success Manager assigned to me has been the most incredible asset! There are so many ins and outs of CS and she has taught me sooooo much. Cons: The things I don't like have been sent to the CS team and they actively work to add the suggestions/complaints to the next published update. Very good SaaS dental OS PMS Pros: Very easy to use and robust system. They have given much thought about usability and have carefully crafted screens to help dentists. Would highly recommend! Cons: Getting used to ledger system takes a bit of time if you are not already familiar with it. But they frequently request feedback and make changes in the product.
