Carestack Experience Pros: I like that we are able to utilize carestack for not only scheduling matters but for tracking metrics, patient engagement, billing, etc. I also enjoy that the support team is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Cons: I least enjoy the glitches and bugs that we seem to face. Carestack does have several small glitches that over time can affect day to day work responsibilities. Such as long loading times. Enjoying Carestack! Pros: CareStack has a lot of features we are learning to work with. Transitioning from an outdated software system to CareStack has been challenging for our practice, but we have had some outstanding training with a CSM (BR) who has been very patient with us and we are making great strides in the use of Carestack. Great support system Pros: CareStack is very user-friendly and organized. I like how easy it is to navigate between patients, appointments, and reports. The system helps streamline daily tasks and keeps everything in one place. Cons: The main challenge is that patient addresses don’t carry over with their records, which requires us to manually re-enter them — this can be time-consuming and leaves room for error. A great PMS for multi-practice offices Pros: CareStack has been a fantastic platform for us with multiple practices, as it is cloud-based and helps us keep consistency within our organization. Cons: The reporting features in the past has been limited, but we're excited to see the new programs offered by CS. Overall: The support team has always been helpful, and the practice management software overall is very user-friendly.

Carestack software Pros: Ease of scheduling patients and communication with the patients, multiple ways to complete tasks, can work from anywhere, the task manager is great, navigating through a patients chart is super easy, and they do a pretty good job with resolving issues. Owner and Dentist Pros: Extremely happy with my experience with Carestack and the team . As a new practice owner they held my hand and guided me throughout. Can’t recommend them enough! Cons: Too many steps at times and the reports can be more streamlined . There are too many ways to accomplish one task that can confuse others

CareStack Review Pros: There are a lot of great features in CareStack. So far our office has really liked how it is an all in one cloud based system. It has allowed us to better utilize patient analytics, scheduling tools, patient portals, and more. Cons: There have been a lot of integration issues that we have faced along the way that we had not anticipated.
