Top Notch all the way around!!!!! Pros: The program is very user friendly. The staff were very accommodating and helpful in teaching me the program. Five stars all the way around!!!!!!! Cons: Since I am still so new to the program, it’s too early to know what a con might be. Overall: I can’t give [sensitive content hidden] enough praise. She was amazing from start to finish!!!

10/10 Recommend! Pros: They have a great team! They listen and communicate very well. Cons: Can't say there is anything to dislike about CareStack only used it to submit medical claims electronically. Overall: Working with Carestack has been a great experience. Can't say anything negative about it.

front desk Pros: How user friendly the software is and how you can personalize the system to your own needs. Cons: The technical glitches that happen every now and then. Awesome people Pros: I love that everything is all in one place. I don't have to open several different tabs to complete one task. Cons: A little difficult to navigate in the beginning. There was a huge language barrier in the beginning. Overall: So far it has been great. Everyone I have worked with is amazing.
