Administrative Pros: Treatment planning, patient check-in and check-out processes, patient portal functionality, and patient communication capabilities. Cons: The transition from the previous platform was somewhat challenging, requiring an adjustment period to become accustomed to CareStack. Overall: Following an initial period of acclimation, I have found CareStack to be a genuinely enjoyable platform to utilize.
Front Desk Pros: Allows for remote access, making it easy to check schedules. Integrates scheduling, clinical notes, patient communication ,texting, emails and billing into one system. Cons: The number of features can be overwhelming at times. and certain processes like treatment planning can be long. Overall: Great cloud base Product and the supports team member have been great.([sensitive content hidden] ). Ease of scheduling patient and communication with patients.
I recommend carestack! Pros: We love the text to pay feature. Insurance has been sooo much easier through carestack. There are so many cool tools and reports that i haven't even gotten into yet. Cons: We are still pretty new to carestack and I feel like we have to use too many clicks for certain things in the clinical section. I like how everything in Carestack is so streamlined and easy to work insurance once you know where to look for things. Cons: I'll be honest, it was a bit rocky at the start. Carestack Review Smile Solutions Canastota Pros: I liked the all cloud based platform, the visuals of the software, the online booking and texting, the automated reminders built within the system and the automated text messages for reviews. Cons: Billing was hard to understand and there was a large learning curve in the beginning. Very Happy with CareStack! Pros: The implemenation specilist was wonderful. She made it so much easier with all of her knowledge of the software. Always had a quuck response and explained in a way that was easy to learn. Cons: The billing statement were hard to decipher but there was an update and now I really like the new billing statements! Overall: Wonderful! If I ever can't figure anything out I just call there support number. It does not take lng to get an answer or they walk me through how to do what I am asking.
New to CareStack Pros: Very user friendly. Everything in is one spot no need for multiple sites. The team is very efficient in getting you set up and helpful for your success. Cons: Due to being a web based system, there are times where it can take a few seconds to load. This is not a common issue but may arise at times.
Exceptional Support from Start to Finish Pros: Ease of finding KPIs that matter and help develop workflows that are useful to our practice. The overall organization from onboarding to analytics and account management, we never felt lost along the way. Cons: Tickets.
