Everything all in one! PROS Having an all in one PMS is a game changer. I love having everything integrated, and being a cloud base software makes everything so seamless these days. Choose CareStack you won't regret it! From the start to the day-to-day process, it has been such a great experience Coming from Dentrix Ascend to CareStack, including all the customer service! PROS Customization!!! It has endless possibilities!! Ease of use. They actually listen when you need something changed. CONS Undoing something. It is difficult to undo or change something. High Operational Integration and Ease of Use I have researched several dental PMSs for a practice's operations upgrade and CareStack is by far the most integrated, intuitive & the most forward-looking. Companies in ANY industry would love to have an operational tool like that - it's rare, and CS doesn't show any signs of slowing down their value-added frequent releases. Robust Dental PMS Overall experience has been good. The support team has been great with training and helping us with any issues we have had. PROS CareStack has nearly everything integrated all with in one system. Tons of great features with numerous reporting options. CONS Fairly steep learning curve.
