Carestack Review Pros: I liked how supportive the carestack team was with the transition. Everyone is personable and helpful. Cons: I did not like how many clicks it took to get to things like the chart/ledger but now that I am comfortable with the system it is super easy! Overall: I have really enjoyed carestack. Definitely a learning curve coming from eagle-soft but now I prefer carestack! I love how it is web based.
I would recommend Carestack Pros: [sensitive content hidden] Has been a wonderful point of contact. She is tactful and helps with every question I have had as well as a fast resolution. Cons: At first the patient ledgers and accounts were very complicated. A new update has since been released and has helped a lot. Overall: Once you get a good point of contact to establish communications with Carestack is great. I like the clinical aspect of software a lot.
Highly Recommend Pros: CareStack is very user friendly and enables daily operations to run smoothly within the office. The customer support staff (BR) is patient, knowledgeable, and always respond in a timely manner to questions. Cons: Prior to the recent training, I did not like how long certain processes took within the system. However, that has changed now that I have been shown short-cuts and easier ways to perform tasks. Efficient Software 10/10 Pros: I liked how easy everything is to navigate. Very efficient! I think it’s very well put together when it comes to looking up patients information etc. Cons: There really isn’t anything I can point out that I don’t like about it. Carestack Experience Pros: I like that we are able to utilize carestack for not only scheduling matters but for tracking metrics, patient engagement, billing, etc. I also enjoy that the support team is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Enjoying Carestack! Pros: CareStack has a lot of features we are learning to work with. Transitioning from an outdated software system to CareStack has been challenging for our practice, but we have had some outstanding training with a CSM (BR) who has been very patient with us and we are making great strides in the use of Carestack. Great support system Pros: CareStack is very user-friendly and organized. I like how easy it is to navigate between patients, appointments, and reports. A great PMS for multi-practice offices Pros: CareStack has been a fantastic platform for us with multiple practices, as it is cloud-based and helps us keep consistency within our organization. Cons: The reporting features in the past has been limited, but we're excited to see the new programs offered by CS. Overall: The support team has always been helpful, and the practice management software overall is very user-friendly.
