Accessible from all over the world Pros: How thorough the implementation was, how helpful the team was and would really care for us. Also being able to access the PMS from our home is a game changer. Cons: Some features are not fully customizable, but there are work arounds on those features. I wanted to be able to configure the online booking in spanish but english is their only online booking language

Amazing group to work with!! Pros: CareStack has been an excellent all-in-one solution for managing our Periodontal practice. The platform is very user-friendly and makes patient management, scheduling, treatment planning, and billing much more efficient. Great Support and Training Pros: It has simplified our workflow so much as a periodontal office. We LOVE the referral hub and the ease of interoffice communication! Cons: You can get to things in many different ways which can be tricky sometimes but overall it can also be helpful Overall: [sensitive content hidden] have been great to work with! They have helped walk us through the whole conversion process and have really simplified the workflows for us. Very prompt and the one-on-one training with them has been great!
Carestack sucess Pros: User Friendly for all our staff and the availability for our patients to have access to there portal. Also, the security of knowing everything is backed up by there cloud makes it a lot less overwhelming of backing up your data yourself. CareStack - Exceeding Expectations with Each Encounter Pros: The well thought out implementation process and support. The weekly calls during and post-implementation.
