Cloud based is the way to go! I’ve used Carestack for a few years. It’s more intuitive, user friendly, and zero of the bloat of a traditional dental practice software., PROS Cloud based, easily accessed from anywhere, everything can be completed within a few clicks, and none of the bloat that can slow a computer down. CONS Doesn’t work if there is no internet in the office. Good thing was have reliable internet for the most part. Carestack Review Over all, very happy. The ability to track, run reports, set goals, interact with patients quickly and easily are great PROS I like the support that they provide. Live chat is always very helpful and they get back to you as soon as they can. CONS Insurance is a bit of a struggle. It isn't as user friendly as the rest of the software. Carestack newbie As a new practice owner, the Carestack software was initially a bit overwhelming, and the onboarding process had some bumps. However, once I started working with the CSM team, they made everything much simpler and easier to understand. I especially appreciate the text-to-pay feature, which helps keep our office cash-free for added safety. Everything all in one! PROS Having an all in one PMS is a game changer. I love having everything integrated, and being a cloud base software makes everything so seamless these days. Orthodontic Office Manager We have had a great experience with CareStack. The training has been very informative and detailed to help you understand how the system works. We have had a few obstacles to jump over to meet our Practice dynamic, but everyone there has been supportive and helpful to make us work.
