Carestack review My experience with carestack so far is great. PROS I like that once you get the hang of it is easier and there a hotline to call to get help if needed. CONS That we have to type in and delete every code to app to an appointment instead of just pushing enter and then being able to enter the next code. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO CARESTACK Office chose to make the switch to carestack
Would Recommend 10/10 I have had a great experience with CareStack. Even when we run into any hiccups they are quick to help and the streamlined interface is easy to use even when they have updates it is quick to get used to. Great! Would Recommended Great! Would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a cloud based software. PROS It's cloud based and has routine updates. CONS Same issue with all digital software: It's easier to flip through paper to get a overview of a patient, but it takes more time to click on each note. Maybe with AI, there will be a summary feature down the road. REASON FOR CHOOSING CARESTACK Carestack was more user friendly in my opinion.

Carestack Review We had a great experience with Carestack. [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden] were great to work with and so knowledgable. PROS We love how almost everything is one click away! It makes going through the patients chart so much easier! CONS We don't like how the online forms don't automatially input the information into the patients chart. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO CARESTACK Needed a more user friendly and cloud based system.

Best decision I made it was kind, personal, dedicated care by teams that got to know me, my clinic and my staff personally. They are responsive, precise, and highly professional. PROS it is extermely user friendly, ability to integrate with multiple programs to simplify work, communications, billing, anesthesia monitoring and radiology. 4M Dental Implant Center - RCM My overall experience with Carestack has been positive. At first, it was intimidating and difficult to navigate, as with any new software. As I started to get more training and familiar, I really started to appreciate the intelligence of Carestack. PROS What I like most about Carestack is the detailed reporting we are able to run. CONS What I like least about Carestack is the complexity of payment applications, applying discounts and merchant fees.
