Satisfied Customer There is many option with CareStack and I enjoyed how they broke it down to not overwhelm the team. PROS Team they provided. There was help for the start. CONS When the traing switch to zoom meetings. I always had to listen though my phone instead of the computer.
Review of CS PMS Overall I like it much better than other legacy softwares I have used. PROS The support from their team to learn how the PMS works was awesome. CONS I would organize things differently but once you use it enough it doesn't bother me as much. The program glitches sometimes and tasks will need to be repeated.
SSN Review PROS It makes it so you can never really mess up. CONS The ledger, sometimes makes it a little difficult to read when there are multiple family members on one acct. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO CARESTACK The whole company was switching, so we could all more alike.

Highly Reccomend Carestack is advanced and easy to use and I would definitely recommend PROS My favorite part of Carestack is their patient portal.
