New to CareStack Pros: Ease of use in all areas compared to other Cons: The ledger isn’t my favorite due to weird calculations. Overall: I overall really like CareStack for ease of use. Having many years in dental experience and many platforms used, I am a huge fan with the overall use in all areas.
Best practice management software Pros: -Ease of use and navigation -Interface UI/UX -built-in solutions that communicate across the entire database -very responsive to customer suggestions -built in dashboards and data analytics Cons: -doesn't integrate with other products, not a big deal -limit on text message usage Overall: My experience with CS is extremely positive. Cloud Based Dental Software Pros: I appreciate that CareStack is cloud based allowing me to access my schedule at home. Cons: CareStack tries to accomplish too much on any given page. It is not user friendly, and you must have instruction to use it. The fact that I have to right click and select "view dental chart" to open a patient's chart is ridiculous. More than meets the eye! Pros: The Team and how it over sees the day to day actions. Cons: The Insurance features are over complicated.
Carestack is great! Pros: We love the financial and administrative part. Also, Care Revenue is so wonderful! Cons: Setup and their patient portal is difficult to get into
Great for a Small Operation Pros: I greatly enjoy the ease of moving from the different parts of the software. Cons: I feel the reporting can be more robust and better support contact.
Great product, would recommend if you want your office to be more efficient Pros: It is user friendly. Has all the information and data you would need. Any reports, payments, can be pulled up and generated. Cons: There are too many different ways to get to the same place in the software. I'd prefer having one button that takes me to one place vs multiple buttons that take me to one place Overall: It is going good so far. It is a much newer software and it is clean looking and organized.
User friendly and Easy to use! Pros: As an administrator, Carestack is so much easier to look at and use than other products I’ve used. It’s clean and modern and was very easy for me to pick up despite never having used it before. I love all the analytics and reports, and how easy it is to get from one section of a patient’s account to another. Carestack review Pros: I like that it is cloud based and we are able to log in wherever are at. Cons: When it comes to billing it is a little more difficult to navigate Overall: I give it a 6 it is not that user friendly on the billing and ledger side of things.
