Carestack review Pros: It helps us with everything. Very easy to learn and use. Cons: Nothing at this time Carestack support sometimes does not always help me they will refer you to articles and sometimes you figure things out without the support and some of the reps are great. Overall: I like it very helpful and easy to use. Literally does everything you need it to use. One of the easiest softwares I learned to use.
Love this software Pros: During the integration the CareStack team was always helpful and really listened to our needs as a practice. Cons: The amount of characters per text message could be greater, and sending/receiving photos would be very helpful to the practice!

Carestack has been a game changer for my dental office. Pros: The system is user friendly and does not take hours of training. Patient enjoy the patient portal and the kiosk check in option. Carestack allows us to have online booking options, digital forms and streamlines the entire process within the office. Billing is easier and collecting payments from patient with the text to pay option has been a game changer. Understand the Patient ledger/ Insurance claims before purchasing. Pros: It is fast, and easy to navigate patient chart Cons: The patient Ledger. The insurance billing primary and secondary. The reports. Overall: They have not taken the best of "Legacy software" and improved upon it. They have some incomprehensible accounting system to charge and apply payments so you cant tell what you have produced or collected. Poor UX and customer support! Pros: I like how carestack is making an effort to make dentist lives easier Cons: Customer support and operational reports don't work
Dental Carestack Pros: I like the effectiveness of the dental treatment plan software. Cons: I feel like the connectivity to radiograph software and the documents ordering system could be more fleshed out.
Carestack for a start up Pros: I love that I am able to have a very robust patient management software. There are also great tools that allow me to contact and communicate with patients without needing tons of new add ons. Cons: Imaging integration is lacking for me. I wish I could take x rays in the system. Overall: I am solving the ability to contact and schedule patients all in one tool.
Highly recommend! Pros: Everything, I love the notes - can miss anything! Cons: Nothing! I really like the software, very easy to use!
