A great system for great practices Pros: I like how accessible the help is. There are so many resources at our disposal to learn the system! Cons: I think at first, carestack is very intimidating. It seems overwhelming if you don't understand fully how to navigate. Overall: I wasn't the biggest fan at first, but after being on several meetings with [sensitive content hidden] and learning the ins and outs of the program, I'm super happy with it. I love how it's genuinely set up to make things easier on us.
Great software Pros: The software is evolving and growing the Meet the consumers needs Cons: It’s hard to work with tech support sometimes. To get them on the phone is difficult. Overall: Overall it’s been a very good experience
Care Stack has won be over Pros: Cloud based storage and being able to access this program and its data from anywhere Cons: How you input insurance payments and enter adjustments on patients accounts
Carestack is awesome! Pros: The reporting, the ease of learning the program. The customer service. Cons: This a pro and con. There are multiple ways to do the same thing. So sometimes you can doubt yourself if you are doing it the most efficient way Overall: After working 20+ years with the same software, I was a bit hesitant of the change. However, it was almost seamless. The team at Carestack was there the entire process and they made it so fluid. Overall it was a fantastic experience
We Love CareStack! Pros: Carestack has excellent customer service, and they did an exceptional job with the implementation and onboarding process. Cons: It will sometimes be a little glitchy, but not too bad. Overall: Overall great! This is a very robust software with many helpful features!
Carestack can handle nearly everything top to bottom Pros: They can do nearly everything so you don't have to use third party softwares. Cons: The learning curve was large and hard to understand in the beginning.
Carestack Review Pros: I like that so many services are in within the same program. The ease of learning and implementing. Cons: That signed treatment plans aren't automatically shared with patients via patient portal.
Great Cloud based solution Pros: Love that it is an all-inclusive solution to the multiple applications our office was using for a modern Endodontics office. I no longer have to pay separately for patient engagement and digital forms or run a separate 3 party electronic claims solution. Cons: I was a huge learning curve from the legacy software we were moving away from and I would like to see more professional referral letters. Overall: So far CareStack's customer support has been great! Very responsive and knowledgeable.
