Dental Carestack Pros: I like the effectiveness of the dental treatment plan software. Cons: I feel like the connectivity to radiograph software and the documents ordering system could be more fleshed out.
Carestack for a start up Pros: I love that I am able to have a very robust patient management software. There are also great tools that allow me to contact and communicate with patients without needing tons of new add ons. Cons: Imaging integration is lacking for me. I wish I could take x rays in the system. Overall: I am solving the ability to contact and schedule patients all in one tool.
Highly recommend! Pros: Everything, I love the notes - can miss anything! Cons: Nothing! I really like the software, very easy to use!
Great Pros: Integration was easy, and service has been quick and efficient. Cons: I want to be able to customize the chart view, so that I can maximize the importance information.
User friendly Pros: Ease of use, carestack university training videos, custamizable. Cons: Flags on appts need an update...like insurance....and appt status. Overall: Easy to use from day one
Carestack for dental Pros: Can utilize remotely, and multiple locations. And explosion codes. Cons: Insurance estimates have to be recalculated manually by staff, confirming tx plan fees are correct more often than usual.
CareStack - All In One Pros: The program is all-inclusive and integrated for all features needed for a busy dental practice. Cons: Portal needs some work but they are working on it! Overall: Excellent care.
Pros and Cons for Dental Office Pros: How easy it is to use and how easy it is to communicate with the patients and the other employees. Cons: Since it is based on WiFi, it can be very slow.
