Very different experience than most on here. Stylist had terribly long and pointed nails which hurt me during shampoo and haircut. Had discussed very clearly what I wanted and left with something different. When she asked what I thought of the cut and I told her how I felt she took the cape off and walked away. At least hair grows!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Do not go to Ommani. She will not give you what you ask for and will make excuses for why your hair looks choppy, like “that’s just your hair texture”. Will charge you $40 extra for toner after messing up your hair! Terrible service. Makes me want to delete Groupon!

Omani was quiet but very nice! I almost feel bad leaving this but I feel like it is only fair that future clients know that she is an apprentice. There was nothing on the Groupon website indicating that I would be getting service from an unlicensed technician. It was very obvious from the start that Ommani is inexperienced. She was thorough with the blow dry but the rest of the experience was bad!

One of the worst haircuts I have received. Did the deep conditioner and hair cut with Omani and left knowing I would need to get another haircut from the lack of cutting she did to my hair. Even after she was done blow drying my hair it looked frizzy and ridiculous. Super disappointed that I wasted my money since now I need another one right away. I think she has lack of experience in my opinion

I am doing this review for my wife. She loves the lady who did the cut and in fairness my wife should have said something while she was there and did not. BUT the bottom line her hair was cut perfectly straight across in the back. Zero style. Zero angle. Literally just a straight line. Looks terrible. First, they kept me waiting for 25 minutes, after 15 min. they called me to see if I was coming in. I had been seated in the first station up by the front all this time. Then, I got by far the very worst, ugliest hair cut I have ever had in all of my 73 years on earth! Actually one of the very ugliest I have ever seen in my whole life! I will have to wear a hat if I'm in public for the next few months.

Haircut and conditioner she said I didn’t need conditioner but I paid for it she use your scissors to scrape my hair I think her sister is so doll it hurt my Head 😒 she’s threaded my hair and back never go back to there again

My fingernail polish was chipped by day two.😒 disappointed overall. The manicurist lady was very personable n nice. The atmosphere of salon was so so. Could use more warmth in terms of coloring Myb some artwork. Could Use a better ventilation system thought I'd die of chemical fumes when I first walked in.
