Rebecca seemed like a sweet person to chat with. Loved my nails!
Rebecca was great, kind. Easy to talk to. Will come again to see her for my nails. Only thing I didn't like was, no one told me to check in for appointment in another building. When reception girl called to confirm appointment, I should have been instructed where to check in.
They are great. Rebecca is the best!!
Today I had the BEST MANICURE OF MY LIFE!!! I’m 60+ years old and it’s true!!! Rebecca of eXclusive Spa was kind, deeply cared about my nails, was friendly and certainly is a person who builds relationships with her kind, caring, and professional personality!!! I’m now a customer for life!!! WOW!!!

Not satisfied! I bought a groupon in Jan 2023. I April , made 2 appointments with Ommani & both were suddenly canceled. One was cancelled one hour before my appointment & the other earlier the morning of my appointment. I decided to see another stylist named Alexa in May , the week before my birthday. when I arrived for my appointment, the first thing Alexa said was, " you know there's a extra $50.00 or more fee for toner "? In my experience, a deep condition involves added heat to help the conditioner get under the hair shaft, not a room temperature towel thrown over my hair and leaving me at the sink for 10 minutes. The haircut is fine, but the stylist did not know how to work with naturally curly hair, so she just ran a small amount of ineffective product through my hair and tried drying it with the diffuser. Did not have a quality experience, unfortunately. The finished cut was not like the initial consultation and not even the manager could really fix it. Thankfully I can somewhat rock super short hair.. but still pretty traumatized. Had to go home and fix both cuts. Still don’t have any idea as how to style this without wearing a hat. Felt very unprofessional & uncomfortable. Cannot recommend sadly
