I’ve asked 10 times over the course of 4 months to get a call back from my orthodontist’s staff... every time I ask the front desk to relay the message they sound seriously put out and claim they’ve sent a request for a call back... and it’s never happened. And apparently the woman I need to talk to is never at the office when I have an appointment so my questions remain unanswered. I used to LOVE this place and now I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here. Maybe I’ll change my mind once someone calls me back.

Terrible experience with the office staff. Dr Patel and the hygienists are wonderful too bad the office staff is rude and doesn't care about the patient at all. I had been given an estimate by a hygienist to do deep cleanings to get rid of a gum disease. I told the hygienist that I couldn't afford it because I can no longer work due to having gastroparesis and sever anxiety. So disappointed in this establishment. THEY REFUSED TO CLEAN MY TEETH. Impressed with the office & hygienist. Had appointment to have my teeth cleaned. Was told I have gum disease & they could not clean my teeth until I had deep cleaning by gum specialist. I have had gum disease for 40 years. My previous dentist says it is in control. I use to refer everyone to this place until they refused to clean my mother's teeth. Practice now seems to be more about the dollar than the patient. After the way they treated my mother, I will no longer take my family back to their practice. This is a shame as I love Dr. Patel! Their office manager is awful!!! Seek treatment elsewhere.
