Big fan! Pros: I love how efficient this software makes our office run. They are always moving with the times and making sure we have what we need! Cons: There's seriously not anything that I don't like! Overall: We LOVE it and have referred several doctors so far.
Awesome Patient Management Software Pros: The ease of use coupled with the ability to personalize the interface makes it the easiest software I have used as a clinician. Being cloud based is also definitely a bonus! Cons: Sometimes we have issues after updates or when the internet is disrupted but those are minor and rare occurrences. Overall: The ability to run custom reports to help us manage our patient care and schedules is first rate. I have used most all dental softwares available and Carestack is the best by far!
CareStack: All the Features, None of the Efficiency Pros: CareStack offers a high degree of customisation for many smaller or non-essential features, and there are often multiple ways to complete the same task. However, it’s frustrating that while trivial aspects are flexible, fundamental clinical features, such as material colour coding, are not customisable. Bookkeeper's nightmare Pros: The layout is intuitive. It's easy to learn and understand how things are supposed to work. Multiple locations are able to share data seamlessly. Cons: Collections reporting is severely insufficient. Customer support seems to exist only to deflect and forget. Overall: I am struggling to provide the same service to my employer as I was before onboarding CareStack.
