The way they treat you with respect
After having a horrible experience with western dental earlier in the day, I was recommended this office. I searched them up on google and decided to try after seeing the reviews and I called hoping they would be able to help with my emergency. Martha from the initial phone call was SO HELPFUL ! Was very nervous but the people made me feel at ease. Root canal had to be done but glad I finally just went and did it. Dr. Seema and her team were awesome and gentle I read the reviews and they were right about them being kind gentle and caring. Has a same day root canal impression and crown service. Excellent customer satisfaction and service. Was able to use my insurance and pay for additional costs with Sunbit. 5 stars ⭐️ thank you for the gentle service
Called Tracy Dental Excellence first thing on a Saturday morning for extreme tooth ache. Mind you I live in Antioch, but couldn't find a dentist out my way on Saturday. But I digress, Tracy Dental Excellence got me in within an hour of me calling. Extracted the affected tooth and was out in an hour. The staff was amazing, kind, and understanding. Very clean and organized facilities. Dr. Rashid Mehwish was amazing. Definitely recommend them. Will probably make them my regular dentist. I dont mind the drive for excellent care.
