RecommendedFinally finding a minority owned dental professional that offered quality of care & customer service wasn't' easy. And then I found DentCare Now. I was diagnosed with anxiety & dental service, prior to DentCare, couldn't or weren't willing to accommodate with patience & compassion. RecommendedI had an issue that was causing some pain and sensitivity and they were able to see me very quickly. I was looking for help on a Saturday and was able to get help at 1130 the next day! That was the first time I've ever been able to see a dentist on a Sunday. Not only did I get seen immediately, but the issue causing me discomfort was resolved the same day--even though it required some fillings! While I really liked the dentist, the receptionist was sweet could not answer questions about if they participated in my insurance and costs. She did not know and apparently lacked the ability to call billing for more information. Do you participate in my insurance seems like an easy question. I paid $250.00 to see dentist. I was having an emergency that day so paid. She took my insurance info that day. Had I not been in so much pain....but.
