After experiencing oral pain for a week I called to schedule an appointment. However, the office was booked. I received a call the very next morning to come in within the next hour and I would be seen for an emergency appointment. I was not disappointed in the least. Dr Chen was extremely fast and efficient at examining and diagnosing me. It certainly helps that he's young and vibrant!!!

This is definitely the best dentist offices I've been too, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I love how they interview you to answer the questions instead of giving you a clipboard full of papers. It makes you feel like your worth their time. And I think her name is staci, she cleaned my teeth and was super friendly and did a good job.
Our experience was FANTASTIC! Neelie was our hygienist, and she was excellent with my 3 year old son. The office was clean and friendly. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because it took 4 times for them to properly validate our insurance and I had to reschedule as a result. However, the actual dental experience was great! We'll be back.
The most customer service office I have been to. The Dental Depot is doing the right thing. From the front desk to the Doctor, amazing.

I enjoyed the customer service and the education. The doctor respects financial, and procedure limits, while giving you options to meet the patient's needs. The staff is doing a great job, and I hope continue calling Dental Depot our dentist home for years to come.
My experience was outstanding. The staff is so friendly here. My dentist was so gentle. I would recommend the clinic and will to anyone that needs dental care. The Colony is lucky to have this clinic. Thanks so much!
