I scheduled with the orthodontist advocating for my daughter. The orthodontist brushed me off and was explaining anatomy to me and when I was leaving the assistant was laughing at my concern.
they took 4 months to get my dentures done . First they char get me for labs ($480.00) ,then they lost my impressions which they didn't let me know for two months and only after I called several time . They then took new impressions so now 4 months later I have my new set of dentures . So no I can no⁶t in good faith recommend this place .

wish I can add Zero star. I had the worst experience ever. I went to have a bridge replaced. I didn’t have any issues previously. I end up with gum infections that it cause a fever and horrible pain. And as expected they charged me arm and leg taking the advantage that I’m in pain and they already started the process. I had to wait 6 weeks to get the replacement part ready. There is always something that is an issue. I get pressured for other services that I don’t want at the time. The assistance of too rough do you want a procedure. Dr. Batts gave me to much Lidocaine and I had a reaction. I called the office and found out that there is no real prodded in place to file a complaint. Another time I went in for root canal for a tooth’s they located in the back. I set an appointment came in and they were going to do work on the wrong tooth. Very deceptive billing practices. I was told their were going to bill my insurance $267. Actually billed over $2000. Completely drained my yearly benefits in one visit. Not sure how they they have repeat patients.

Went in needing a bridge for two teeth cemented back in, got talked into 2 dental implants forked out like 2400. Informed them I didn’t have insurance I figured 1200 a implant wasn’t bad, they set the anchors and and told me to come back in 3 months to get the teeth 😂 I wait 3 months go back and was told I owe 6,000 to get the other half of the implants ??
