Very unprofessional to customers, the manager Dillion NEVER took the time to come out and address my issue. They waited to verify my insurance the day of my appointment then said I needed to reschedule when then had my insurance the day before. This all started from them emailing me my insurance was canceled when that is not true, I had this insurance since 2022 and I have been to this dentist several times.
It’s disgusting that your company can’t replace a flag that’s ripped. If you don’t have the time to at least replace then take the flag down and just leave the pole empty.
