Even though I had to wait a while for my last apt., the treatment I received was excellent. There was a sick call the morning of my apt. causing a delay of treatment. The dentist and staff were apologizing frequently for the delay. When unexpected delays occur, waiting is not a problem. This was the first delay I have ever had there. The usual wait is less than 10 minutes. Because of speedy service on all prior apts. One minor delay is not a problem. I usually have to wait 1 hour for my other doctors apt.
