This place has taken 20k from my elderly father with no resolution in sight! The dentist in SJ will no longer even work with renew because he has not been paid! If they won’t pay the doctor, then I doubt they will pay my dad back for a procedure that never happened. This business is an elder abuser, phones do not work, etc. STAY AWAY from them!
I had a very decent experience with the representative Timi. She went over all the details the service offers.Timi was very knowledgeable and polite. Staff made me feel welcome while I was there. Two thumbs up. As of today, I still haven't heard from Timi, who was supposed to contact me for a follow-up. I truly stand by your word is bond. Makes you kind of wonder, with the service.
I had a very good experience at the ReNew office yesterday. The staff was great and it was very informative. I recommend their services to anyone interested. Make an appointment and get the info they provide, then make your decision.
