Horrific, the staff and the doctor both outside smoking. Horrible first impression. then taking the CT Scan smoking receptionist laughed at me as she was giving me the scan and talking to the doctor out of view. I guess I am too fat for them to help. As that is what they told be. The worst possible exp ever..

I made a phone call to Renew and they had me into the office the same day. Within a couple of hours they completed an evaluation, intelligently articulated the process and procedures, and satisfied all my questions. I found the staff to be warm and engaging. Ally was particularly understanding and pleasant. She guided me to the best option for me and I am moving foward. Thank you Renew Smiles Dental Implant Center in Maplewood. Job more than well done!

Pleasant sales, tell you what you want to hear. The last Year and half have been an absolute nightmare. Told them I couldn't bite into even a bologna sandwich and was told to tear apart and shove in back of mouth. Wanted to do nothing until I stopped playing. I finally got ahold of the corporate and they agreed after a year to remake the teeth "correctly". Again have been waiting weeks to get in for corrections as now my speech is off (talk for my living) and I now get extra meal under teeth. BEWARE

I went to my initial appointment for bone graft to determine if I would be a good candidate, well I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results, I can eat & taste anything!! The staff makes you feel EXTREMELY comfortable, nothing negative ever said about my lack of care for my God given teeth, plus I lost over 50% from a car accident. Dr Peterson is outstanding, he’s the guy who installs the implants to jawbone. Dr Bruno, who is awesome, helped me with the best way of cleaning & keeping up with my new teeth. My husband and I met with Kim at the Maplewood location yesterday. I was so happy with every aspect of our meeting. Kim was above all so kind and understanding and informative. I felt she really listened to me and thought about what I was saying in order to give me the best possible information and advice. That is a refreshing change from people simply waiting for you to finish talking so they can say what they were waiting to say.
