Had an awesome experience today at BITE Dental in Severna Park, MD. The staff is very friendly and professional. The procedure was excellent! I would definitely recommend this office! I am very happy switching to them for my dental care.
I was very impressed with the practice overall. Everyone was very professional, the dentist, Dr. Ma was very knowledgeable and gave me options of treatment. The hygienist Angela was also nice, friendly and helped put me at ease during the dental procedure. The front desk staff member who checked me in and out was also very nice. I would highly recommend this practice. Second review - I still love this practice! Very professional staff both at the front desk, dental assistants and dentists.
Friendly, calming atmosphere where you are treated with gentle hands and soothing voices. My anxiety increases when I am in any doctor’s office but I definitely felt relaxed and comfortable during my visit.
Everyone at the practice is helpful and pleasant. Dr Ma is very attentive and comforting. I am happy that I decided to continue with the practice after Dr. Cranska retired.
I have been a patient for over 20 years and as a patient I have had fillings and crowns successfully completed. My wonderful dental hygienist Rachael; I known her for several years and I am very pleased with her dental cleaning and the updated procedures. I highly recommended her
