Allison was excellent and through as always. She was gentle but gave information about everything she was doing and how my teeth/gums/mouth looked throughout the cleaning process. We discussed future issues and I felt very well cared for. Dr. Ma came in briefly but was great. Thankfully the Dentist check-ins are brief as that means my mouth is in good shape :) I also goofed on the timing of my initial appointment and they were so wonderful and able to fit me in the next morning into a cancellation spot. Dr. Ma and Hannah were very nice. Angie and Allison are the best. Everything went well with my appointment. My exam was thorough and done well. My only complaint is that I had to ask a lot of questions, because the staff obviously thinks I am smarter than I actually am and some of the lingo went over my head.
Loved the new dentist Dr. Ma. So kind and gentle and really listens. I had been going to Dr. Cranska for years and Allison is amazingly through and knowledgeable with the prophylactic cleanings. Such a nice practice to deal with! Glad to see such a wonderful dentist picked up from Dr. Cranska after his retirement.
My friend recommended Family Laser Dentisty to me since I was overdue and could not get an appointment for over 6 months with my local dentist. Anna who helped me along the way, went above and beyond to get me into the office quickly. What struck me the most about Anna was the personal outreach from the first time we spoke until the actual appointment. Dr. Ma and the rest of the team remaining after the departure of Dr. Cranska are wonderful! Dr.Ma is excellent procedurally, and is kind and compassionate to this dental phobic patient. Thankfully Allison is still there for my routine cleanings, and Annaie efficient when it comes to verifying benefits. If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend!
