Allison was excellent and through as always. She was gentle but gave information about everything she was doing and how my teeth/gums/mouth looked throughout the cleaning process. We discussed future issues and I felt very well cared for. Dr. Ma came in briefly but was great. Thankfully the Dentist check-ins are brief as that means my mouth is in good shape :) I also goofed on the timing of my initial appointment and they were so wonderful and able to fit me in the next morning into a cancellation spot. Dr. Ma and the rest of the team remaining after the departure of Dr. Cranska are wonderful! Dr.Ma is excellent procedurally, and is kind and compassionate to this dental phobic patient. Thankfully Allison is still there for my routine cleanings, and Annaie efficient when it comes to verifying benefits. If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend!
Dr. Ma is the best dentist I’ve ever had (and I’ve moved a lot and had many). Her touch is amazing - I can barely tell when she’s giving me a shot. She doesn’t over charge and takes a proactive but measured approach to dentistry. Can’t recommend Dr. Ma and her outstanding staff enough.
They make you feel very comfortable from the first phone call. They are clear with explaining procedures and helped me adjust my expectations. My process with TMJ has been a steady reduction of symptoms. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Ma is an amazing dentist. Very kind and gentle. I have more more anxiety about going to the dentist and look forward to each appointment.
