I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at Bite Dental Center. Both major procedures were totally painless and the results were perfect. My only wish was that my first dentist 65 years ago was this good as Bite is, then I would have gone every 6 months since then. They are working with a less than perfect set of teeth because of years of neglect. If my first experience was as good as Bite Dental is now I would probably have all my original teeth!

I used there services more than 6 months ago. It was out of network so I paid upfront . I was told then that I’ll be receiving my refund. Every time I talked to someone it’s a different story. There address was wrong and had to change it. Even sent me a bill after i paid over 500 dollars upfront. It’s like they move with no urgency when they mess up. Just bad for business all around !

I wouldn't let Dr.Cranska do any dental work on me ever! I came for a consult after reading his many articles on Lanap, periodontal laser surgery. Our consult was all of 5 minutes. He looked at my before and after full xrays I brought and he made some rough statements to me. He looked in my mouth and then made clear that he wasn't going to help me and stated he had other patients to go work on! Motioning for me to get up from the dental chair. I was very impressed with the practice overall. Everyone was very professional, the dentist, Dr. Ma was very knowledgeable and gave me options of treatment. The hygienist Angela was also nice, friendly and helped put me at ease during the dental procedure. The front desk staff member who checked me in and out was also very nice. I would highly recommend this practice. Second review - I still love this practice! Very professional staff both at the front desk, dental assistants and dentists.

Allison was excellent and through as always. She was gentle but gave information about everything she was doing and how my teeth/gums/mouth looked throughout the cleaning process. We discussed future issues and I felt very well cared for. Dr. Ma came in briefly but was great. Thankfully the Dentist check-ins are brief as that means my mouth is in good shape :) I also goofed on the timing of my initial appointment and they were so wonderful and able to fit me in the next morning into a cancellation spot.
