Great for a Small Operation PROS I greatly enjoy the ease of moving from the different parts of the software. CONS I feel the reporting can be more robust and better support contact.

More than meets the eye! PROS The Team and how it over sees the day to day actions. CONS The Insurance features are over complicated. REASON FOR CHOOSING CARESTACK Integration with more features as listed above. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO CARESTACK We out grew them and had to outsource for help on features like texting, perio charting text-to-pay, and e-prescriptions.

Carestack is great! PROS We love the financial and administrative part. Also, Care Revenue is so wonderful! CONS Setup and their patient portal is difficult to get into

Cloud Based Dental Software PROS I appreciate that CareStack is cloud based allowing me to access my schedule at home. CONS CareStack tries to accomplish too much on any given page. It is not user friendly, and you must have instruction to use it. The fact that I have to right click and select "view dental chart" to open a patient's chart is ridiculous. Great product, would recommend if you want your office to be more efficient It is going good so far. It is a much newer software and it is clean looking and organized. PROS It is user friendly. Has all the information and data you would need. Any reports, payments, can be pulled up and generated. CONS There are too many different ways to get to the same place in the software. User friendly and Easy to use! Overall, it’s been pretty positive! There have been a few things that confused me or that I didn’t understand, but the Support team has been very helpful in answering my questions. PROS As an administrator, Carestack is so much easier to look at and use than other products I’ve used. It’s clean and modern and was very easy for me to pick up despite never having used it before. Carestack review I give it a 6 it is not that user friendly on the billing and ledger side of things. PROS I like that it is cloud based and we are able to log in wherever are at. CONS When it comes to billing it is a little more difficult to navigate REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO CARESTACK changed companies and she is using the cloud based software which makes it simple if you are working remotely.

Carestack review I like it very helpful and easy to use. Literally does everything you need it to use. One of the easiest softwares I learned to use. PROS It helps us with everything. Very easy to learn and use. CONS Nothing at this time Carestack support sometimes does not always help me they will refer you to articles and sometimes you figure things out without the support and some of the reps are great.
