The staff is amazing—from scheduling the appointment over the phone to the hygienists, radiographers, and doctors. Everyone is down-to-earth, kind, and genuinely welcoming. The facility is excellent, with top-of-the-line equipment, and they treated my family like their own. Every step of the process was clearly explained, which really put this anxious mom’s mind at ease. They asked all the right questions and truly listened to our concerns. I highly recommend this practice—10/10!
Convenient location. Very clean, bright and modern office. All the staff are extremely polite, welcoming, friendly, competent and accommodating. Dr Bhavik Patel is awesome. He is very polite, friendly and very competent. He has taken care of my dental needs very well and has made some great recommendations to enhance my teeth and gums. I strongly recommend Active Dental at Prosper.
My first cleaning in a while and both the doctor Ahmed and the hygienist were super gentle and knowledgeable! They constantly made sure I was OK and was super informative about the health of my teeth and come up with an amazing treatment plan! The entire team is friendly!
