I had a great experience today at this office. I had an emergency and they were able to fit me in, which is unreal, especially on a Saturday. Andrew at the front desk had me all set up with the appointment and verified my insurance. All the assistants and the hygienist were amazing, helpful and super gentle! Dr Bhavik Patel was great! I have been putting off a cleaning for the last 2 years (yikes) because my previous dentist I was seeing for over 20 years! After five years as a patient, my experience increasingly felt standardized and service driven than conservative and quality driven. Quality: The quality of care was average rather than exceptional.
