The staff is always nice and accommodating. Rita is the best, always has a big smile when I come in. I have used several hygienist in the office and they have all been super professional. Dr. Patel is easily one of the best dentist in DFW. I have worked at several dentist offices when I was in college and it can be scary not knowing your doctor. If you need a trustworthy dentist, this is your spot.

About 2 1/2 months ago I meet the Active Dental team at my work place! They came in for a casual lunch but had no idea that I would be their serving Bartender! I immediately connected with the crew not knowing they were in the Dental field until halfway through the dining experience! My experience was pleasant until after my x-rays. I see the dentist on a very regular basis for cleanings and X-rays so I am well aware of good and bad cleanings. This cleaning was one of the worst. The cleaning was very superficial and polishing was lousy. Then, I see Dr. Khan, the dentist. She examined my teeth very rough hitting my teeth with the mirror a lot and miscounting which tooth needed attention. Then, Dr. Khan tells me I need $4000+ with insurance crowns.
