I had an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Nguyen today, and it was the best dental visit I've ever had. Dr. Nguyen was incredibly nice, comforting, and very thorough. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt at ease. The entire staff was just as wonderful, providing a warm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and her team for anyone seeking exceptional dental care. They go above and beyond to ensure a positive and comfortable experience.
I was charged $65 for a routine cleaning. I called my insurance and was told they are out of network. Tori told me they accept my insurance and they will charge me in network and for annual cleaning, I don’t need to pay anything. Dr. Amy Nguyen & Tori, as well as the assistant/technician (whose name I didn’t catch, but was a gem), were fantastic! They were extremely compassionate, kind, & understanding about delaying my daughter’s pediatric dental exams up until this point. I felt listened to & supported by the whole team. They were able to move my daughter’s appointment up an hour & provided exceptional care to my more introverted kiddo. Dr. Nguyen and her team are absolutely awesome! I went in for a cleaning and it was determined I needed a root canal. They were able to get me in the very next morning! The root canal was a success and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I super appreciate Dr. Nguyen and her team for their quick action and expertise!
The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Dr. Nguyen and Monica were so kind and did an excellent job on my dental cleaning and going over my concerns. Dr. Nguyen explained all my options and walked me through setting up a dental plan moving forward. I highly recommend Active Dental in Frisco!
