Im back! This time for myself. I had a scheduled cleaning with Rimsha who took such great care of me and was extremely patient as I was nervous but all my worries went away after she started cleaning my teeth. The TV’s on the ceiling as your laying down getting your teeth cleaned are the cherry on top. Dr. Patel was super sweet and extremely knowledgeable she made my exam a 10/10!! Abhi did my x rays & was super professional and kind!
Been going to them for a year now. During the last visit a couple of days back, we were given a list of issues to take care of and we asked for a quote. Looked at it and scheduled the procedure 2 days later but on the day of procedure the cost was twice as much. When we question why this happened, they say that they forgot to add the quote to fix previous cavities that were identified in one of the previous visits. I love this clinic! Remy helped me and she was so kind and personable! I didn’t feel nervous or anything! They are so thorough in making sure the health of your teeth and well being are 100! You feel like you’re going to visit your friends ! Everyone needs to go here !
Active Dental Flower Mound is the place to be, they have the latest technology and an amazing staff! The front staff was so kind, Suzette greeted me and gave me a brief walk through before passing me off to the assistant Citlally. Who was so helpful and answered all my questions. The hygienist Remy was very thorough and professional. Overall great location!
These guys know what they’re doing. Just got done with my first cleaning there. They are professional, timely, efficient, and thorough. Excellent quality and got me on a treatment plan right away. Very thankful for their service, and I would highly recommend them. Also, they have YouTube and Netflix that you can watch ON THE CEILING while they work on your teeth. Best dentist ever!
